Simple steps to join our community

Join our community platform to connect with organisations, find opportunities, and make a difference. Follow these simple steps to get started.

Step 1 Your Basic Information
✓Enter Your Name
Type your first name and last name in the boxes provided.

Step 2 Choose How You Want to Sign In
📱Phone Only
Choose this if you want to sign in using only your phone number. You'll get SMS codes to log in.
✉️Email & Phone
Choose this if you prefer to use your email address to sign in. Your phone number is still required for security.
Important: Your phone number is always required. We use it for communication purposes & to keep your account safe.

Step 3 Enter Your Contact Details
1Phone Number (Required)
Type your phone number (example: 0612345678 or +27612345678). We'll send you a code to verify it's really you.
2Email Address (If you chose "Email & Phone")
If you chose to use email, type your email address (example: yourname@example.com).

Step 4 Choose Your Account Type
?Select Who You Are
Choose one option:
- • Organisation/Enterprise - If you represent a company or NPO
- • Opportunity Seeker - If you're looking for jobs or training
- • Donor/Funder - If you want to support community projects

Step 5 Fill in Additional Information
Based on your account type, you'll need to provide more details. Fill in all boxes marked with a red star (*). These are required.
Tip: Take your time and make sure all information is correct before moving to the next step.

Step 6 Create a Strong Password
🔒Choose a Password
Create a password with at least 8 characters. Type it twice to make sure it's correct.
Password Tips:
- • Use a mix of letters and numbers
- • Make it at least 8 characters long
- • Don't use easy-to-guess words
- • Keep it safe - don't share it with anyone

Step 7 Agree to Terms and Create Account
✓Tick the box to agree to our terms and privacy policy, then click "Complete Registration" button.

Step 8 Verify Your Phone Number
📱Check Your Phone
We'll send a text message (SMS) to your phone with a 4-digit code. Type this code on the verification page.
Didn't receive the code? Click "Resend Code" to get a new one. Check that you entered your phone number correctly.

Step 9 Verify Your Email (If you use email to sign in)
✉️Check Your Email
If you used email, we will send you a message. Open your email and click the link inside. Use the same browser you registered or logged in with.
Can't find the email?
- • Check your spam or junk mail folder
- • Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox
- • Click "Resend Verification Email" on the verification page

Step 10 Sign In to Your Account

On the login page, enter:
- • Your phone number (if you chose "Phone only")
- • Your email or phone number (if you chose "Email & Phone")
- • Your password
Then click "Sign in"

Step 11 Welcome to Your Dashboard!
🎉You're In!
Congratulations! You can now:
- • Complete your profile with more details
- • Browse opportunities and projects
- • Connect with organisations and people
- • Start making a difference in your community
